World Vision Indonesia - Aceh Development Program is seeking positions :
CBDRR Officer , Based in Banda Aceh
Job Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for Provide overall supervision and management of the field implementation of the Community based Disaster Risk Reduction Project of Aceh Development Program in development, testing and dissemination of tools and guidelines within the LEAP framework in integrating Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) & Community Resilience (CR) concepts and principles in Area Development Programme design, monitoring and evaluation and support to ADP team/s, local government partners, local NGOs, and other stakeholders in the community in raising awareness, enhancing existing knowledge, and in promoting disaster risk reduction and resilience building in Aceh region.
Requirements:
degree in Social Science, preferably in Disaster Management, Social Works, Humanitarian Emergencies, or an equivalent experience
At least 1-2 years of broad and deep experience in providing technical expertise and leadership in the areas of disaster management (CBDRM/DRR/CR).
Strength in research & documentation, community organizing, social mobilization, facilitating training and networking.
