Deskripsi Perusahaan:
Started with the founder's passion towards high quality of foods and
it's taste, he decided to improve and enrich his ability from
professional chefs whom has experienced in large well known
restaurants. Since 1996, one of the founder has a dream to built the
food industry kingdom in Indonesia and even may lead to go
internationally. So, in 2001 he and in his brothers started open the
first steak house in Surabaya, East Java named " The Prime Steak and
Ribs " located at Jl. Manyar Kertoarjo 66, east Surabaya on the
600sqm of land. Then in, 2006 knowing the demand from our customer
in the west Surabaya, we opened our second branch named " The Prime
steak and Bistro " on the 1000sqm of land, located at HR. Mohammad.
As a result, now The Prime had received several recognitions and
awards from some reputed institution such as University of Petra,

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Inspects the restaurant and bar area daily for cleanliness,
according to set standards.

Regularly walks through and inspects all areas in order to direct
work with emphasis on sanitation and cleanliness.

Supervises and insures correct and on-going training of all new and
current restaurant associates in accordance with restaurant
policies, service standards, guest satisfaction, goals and
procedures.

Remains in dining room, particularly during peak business hours,
greeting and talking with guests and assisting staff when needed.

Serves guests in a warm, hospitable and welcoming manner. Smiles!

Insures that all outlets open on time and in an orderly manner.

Performs uniform inspection prior to opening shift and make
necessary changes immediately.

Follows company policy concerning associate performance, including
coaching and counseling and discipline steps when necessary.

Insures proper items are on the buffet and that they are correctly
labeled.

Assists in recruiting and training of all service personnel.

Maintains and implements courteous hospitality for all staff.

Assists in enforcing sanitation program at all times.

Handles guest complaints as needed.

Spot checks guest checks to insure proper check handling procedures
are being adhered to.

Insures daily supplies are stocked for availability when needed and
all side work is completed.

Assists in monthly food and beverage inventories.

Checks closing side work for servers, host/ess, dining room
attendants, room service servers and bartenders.

Assists in the weekly work schedule (as requested).

Assists in ordering restaurant and bar supplies, uniforms, etc., so
as never to run out of anything.

Insures proper sanitation of bar and restaurant areas within all
standards.

Insures all sound and light equipment as well as the programming
equipment is in working order.
