Product Support HP (PS HP)
Responsibilities:
- Presentation to customer
- Integrity, Blade & Storage Demo
- Capture customer’s need then proceeded to hardware sizing process
- Make technical specification for tender
- Checklist hardware before sending quotations
Requirements:
- Male, S-1 degree from any discipline
- 2 years experiences, preferably as Pre-Sales or Product Support in HP Product (PC, Server, Storage)
- Have extensive knowledge about integrity Server, Blade Server & Storage
- Good presentation skill with extensive experience to develop complex proposal
- Have knowledge about HP Product and Competitor Product (ex : IBM, DELL, SUN, Fujitsu)
- Have HP Certification will be a value added
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Able to work in a team with strong interpersonal and communication skill
