We are looking for an IT Staff,
Location: Jakarta
Report To: IT Coordinator/Manager
Job Specifications:
* Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology,
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with three to
five years of related technical professional work experience
* Good Programming knowledge and experience with C/C++ programming
language knowledge.
* Programming experience in Windows platform.
* Programming experience with database software (MSSQL) is highly
desirable.
* Familiarity with data and ERP and HR system is an advantage.
* Familiar with Seagate Crystall Report is preffered.
* Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office
applications.
* Self-motivated, good patience and good customer service attitude,
willing to learn, Independent worker with good attitude and with
more
than 5 years experience preferred.
* Excellent communications & interpersonal skill.
* Ability to work with users on resolution of technical issues
* Possesses good diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem solving
skills
* Able to read/write/speak English is a plus.
* Working knowledge of personal computing hardware and software
technology
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and deploying ERP and HR related software applications.
* Writing the user manual and software design document for each
application.
* Providing proper installation of ERP system products
* Preparing and conducting system training for user
* In the event a defect in a product is found, the software engineer
is responsible for documenting the defect and communicating the
problem priority to the necessary levels of management, and where
ever
possible, providing the user with a workaround to the reported
problem
* The software engineer may be required to travel regularly to
office
branch (nationally) for activities such as on-site support, demo
system setup, production system installations and any other project
related activities
* Manage Database of Production Server
* Produce Template of Custom Report
* Manage IT Equipment (Primarily Server, data communications, Client
computer)
* Support direct users.
* Involve and support in system implementation or deployment.
* Help to define solution and close error.
* Involved in the development of system and IT documentation.
* Actively source for new technologies and innovative solutions.
* Ensure high user satisfaction in solutions delivery.
* Undertake any duties assigned from time to time.
