v RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Accountability :

Y Responsible for driving the recruitment effort throughout the
company.

Coordinates recruitment and selection process, through interview,
psychological assessment, and recommend qualified candidates to
hiring managers throughout the organization.

Y Responsible for discovering and utilizing innovative
recruitment and sourcing methods: advertisements, job fairs, e-jobs
posting, networking. and other creative recruiting methods.

Y Initiates, develops and maintains a variety of vendor
partnerships and networks in order to increase company visibility
and promote recruitment strategies.

Y Works intensive with managers to define their needs and
execute hiring plans.

Y Tracks recruitment costs, effectiveness and other metrics.

Qualifications :

Y College degree majoring in psychology

Y Preferably 2++ years in handling recruitment section

Y Strong communication skills, English is must, - both oral and
written

Y Able to read, analyze and interpret general business
statistics

Y High level of energy and enthusiasm including strong
interpersonal skills, initiative and self- motivated.

Y Computer savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Office programs

Y Willing to travel extensively with a high level of autonomy

Y Good knowledge in Job Analysis and Job Evaluation is
preferable
