DCS Operator / Distributed Control System Operator

Job Title: DCS Supervisor (Experience min. 3 years)

Job Responsibility:
ľ To work in shifts with team of professionals with excellent
communication, interaction abilities and team spirit.
ľ Lead role on DCS for day to day operation, Start up and shutdown
of plant.
ľ Handling different kinds of emergency.
ľ Following check sheets and procedures.
ľ Achieving quality and production target.
ľ Taking initiatives, problem identification and intellectual
troubleshooting.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering from reputed
Institute with excellent academic records.

Experience:
ľ Minimum 3 years experience in reputed large cap national or
multinational company
ľ Excellent acquaintance and proficiency of DCS operation
ľ Knowledge of DCS operation for plant normal operation, start up,
shutdown, emergency handling.
ľ Exposure to various instrument controls and operation, interlock
understanding and checking.
ľ Familiarization of various kinds of level, flow, pressure and
temperature measuring instruments.
ľ Know-how of operation and troubleshooting of centrifugal,
reciprocating/gear, vacuum pumps, compressor, reactors, binary and
azeotropic distillation, packed towers, filtration, drying,
conveying, incinerator etc.
