We are fast growing IT company in Jakarta needs to hire qualified candidates to support the operation of +2000 internet stations (National coverage).

IT Technicians

Working location: Jakarta, Sumatera Utara, Kalimantan, Bali, NTB, NTT, Maluku, Maluku Utara, Papua, Papua Barat.

Qualifications:

1. Single, Male (min. 23 years old)
2. Minimum D3 Information Technology/Information System, or equivalent.
3. Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT area.
4. Familiar with the operations and maintenance of IT Network (LAN/WAN), and familiar with VSAT internet operations.
5. Willing to work in remote area
6. Able to work under pressure environment and under minimum supervision.

Area Supervisors

Working location: Sumatera Utara, Kalimantan, Maluku Utara, Papua, Papua Barat.

Qualifications:

1. Male (max. 40 years old)
2. Minimum D3 Information Technology/Information System, or equivalent.
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in related area.
4. Familiar with the operations and maintenance of IT Network (LAN/WAN), and familiar with VSAT internet operations.
5. Willing to work in remote area
6. Able to work under pressure environment and under minimum supervision.

Mobile Internet Operators

Working location: Sumatera Utara, Kalimantan, NTT

Qualifications:

1. Male (max. 30 years old)
2. Minimum SLTA or SMK Teknik or equivalent
3. Computer literate
4. Possess B1 driving license (or A Umum) and able to drive car.
5. Familiar with the operations and maintenance of diesel engine vehicle and diesel genset.
6. Able to work under minimum supervision.

Customer Service Manager

Working location: Jakarta

Qualifications:

1. Female (max. 35 years old)
2. Min. S1 degree
3. Min. 3 years of related experience.
4. Familiar with Customer Service operations, problem handlings, data base, and ticketing-help desk management.
5. Computer & English literate.
6. Able to work under pressure environment and under minimum supervision.

Technical Support & Service Manager

Working location: Jakarta

Qualifications:

1. Male (max. 40 years old)
2. Minimum S1 Information Technology/Information System, or equivalent.
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in related area.
4. Familiar with the operations and maintenance of IT Network (LAN/WAN), and familiar with VSAT internet operations.
5. Willing to work in remote area
6. Able to work under pressure environment and under minimum supervision.
