IndoPacific Edelman has a current requirement for the following positions:

Group Assistant (position code: GA)

Responsibilities

The Group Assistant works closely with and supports the needs of key senior personnel and others in the practice group. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain calendar of appointments, calls and meeting; daily correspondence; coordinate meetings and travel arrangement; conduct basic research; support administration tasks for the supervisor as well as others in the practice group.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years degree in any major (preferably from English Literature, secretarial or tourism)
  • Good ability in speaking and writing in English is a must
  • Having experience at least one year experience as secretary or personal assistant
  • Posses strong sense of customer service and be well organized with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excel in a team environment.
  • Strong in time management skills, with attention to detail as well as in following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
  • Work experience in multinational company or in media agency will be an advantage

Express Summary Team Staff (Part Time, position code: EST)

Hours:

6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and additionally as required.

Responsibilities:

· Conducting quality control of all daily summaries, translations, and related work

· Attending all team briefings and aiding in the management of issues relating to EST’s work

· Assessing staff as requested

· Maintaining good relationships with staff and clients

· Addressing complaints and queries from staff and clients properly

Requirements:

· Advance English writing, translating and editing skills

· Having experience as Indonesian-English translator

· Able to work fast with high accuracy

· A team player with good interpersonal skills

· High degree of flexibility in handling a range of tasks for a variety of purpose and schedules

· Able to prioritize task and manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines

· Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
