JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance.
• Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
• Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

· In charge the trial project maintenance.

· In charge the new NGN project installation & commission & integration ATP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics with at least 1 year in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.
• Requires proven technical RF leadership record in RF network Planning and optimization with good understanding of GSM, CDMA networks and RF, Receiver/Transmitter, LNA, RF Data collection and post processing methods.
• Prior experience should include leading a team of RF engineers on RF network optimization and expansion.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

· Know IP network basic theory

· Know Unix OS system and Sybase database basic theory

· Know SS7 and V5.2 signaling system basic theory

· Better from Makassar area.

• Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
