TECHNICAL CONSULTANT for BUSINESS SERVICE MANAGEMENT (CODE: TC BSM)

Requirements: Bachelor degree in IT or Electrical Engineering, fluent in English both oral and written Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Able to work in a team with strong, interpersonal and communication skill Very hands on consultation and implementation. Well versed in RDBMS, Perl, .Net, Unix, and Infrastructure Knowledge (E-mail and desktop management). Having experience in business process. Ability in Project Management is an advantage. Preferably have ITIL, PM, MOF certification. Experience in Tivoli Product and HP service desk is an advantage
