| · Manage projects and overall responsibility for project activities · Managing expectations from customer and management · Preparation of reports, schedules, responsibility matrix etc for management, sub-contractors and customers | · Preferably non local · Degree/ Diploma major in telecommunication, electronic, electrical engineering or related fields with minimum 5 years experience in telecommunications preferably in microwave industry · Experience in management skill in project engineering and setting up of project team · Wide knowledge in radio technically and Network Management System (NMS) · Ability to converse in English · Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment · Able to travel within short notice |
| Indonesia | Senior Sales Manager | · To plan and execute business plan · To develop strong relationship with existing and new customers and business partners · To formulate and develop strategies for new customers to achieve sales growth and to maintain existing account for more sales growth · Responsible for preparing of proposals, co-ordinate tender submission etc · Responsible for contract negotiation and follow up on closing · Ensure on time delivery of equipment to customers | · Degree/ Diploma in the field of telecommunications or electronics with min 5 years sales experience · Preferably experience in telco markets, microwave industry · Sales experience in APAC region a must · Highly motivated, decisive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Able to travel within short notice |

| Indonesia | Customer Support Manager | · Support local project · Supervise, conduct training on CRGN radio & RF propagation · Provide telephone support on technical trouble shooting · Travel to Site to supervise and troubleshoot Point to Point radios & supporting equipment. · Handle RMA & manage trial · Plan & execute Project with our partners | · Degree in Telecommunication/ Electric & Electronic Engineering · 2-4 years experience in Point to point Microwave arena · Have in deep understanding of RF propagation · Hands-on experience in installation & Commissioning of Microwave radio · Independent & have sub-con supervision ability. · Must have field trouble shooting experience · Able to communicate in English · Able to travel within short notice |
