NATURE OF SUPERVISION and/or FREEDOM TO ACT:
Receives limited supervision. Generally proceeds on own initiative
and judgment. Completed work does not need to be reviewed in detail.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY/IMPACT :
Has in-depth knowledge of Data management and reporting. At least
broad knowledge of all fundamental competencies includes Business
skills and economics. Can proactively assist Drilling Engineers with
minimal direction.

CHARACTERIZATION OF RESPONSES:
Able to take over many of the responsibilities typically handled by
Drilling Engineers.

WORK DIRECTION, TRAINING AND MENTORING :
Understands job responsibilities and requires minimal assistance to
perform assigned tasks. Able to perform a broad range of tasks using
the database systems. Able to perform basic to broad tasks for all
job responsibilities with limited assistance.

RECOGNITION AND SPHERE OF INFLUENCE :
Sphere of influence expands to Technical Assistant or Analysts. Able
to take additional workload away from Drilling Engineers. Provides
high level of support to Engineers and Supervisor. Understands how
to utilize database systems to reduce time spent gathering data.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/ TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY (depth and breadth of
knowledge) :
• Experience in-depth knowledge of oilfield operations or the
applicable discipline, can contribute without assistance, fully
functional
• Business Skills and Economics – basic knowledge, can
contribute with assistance
• Knowledge of the discipline – Understand the applied
statistic. Broad knowledge, can contribute with limited assistance
• Data Management and Reporting - in-depth knowledge,
contributing without assistance, fully functioning
• Software / Application – broad knowledge, can contribute
with limited assistance

COMMUNICATION :
• Communication – effective written and verbal communication
in Bahasa, effective English written and verbal skills
• Teamwork – works effectively with teammates to reach team's
objectives
• Leadership – Understands the concept, mentoring less
experienced personnel

Individual well look back:

iii. Bit summary record (size, IADC, type, depth in-out, dull
grading)
iv. Leak off test and/ or Integrity test.
